I think they bought the notes, not the debentures

Is it possible to explain me a little the differance between a note and a debenture?Maybe a stupid question but these terms are complicated for me because my English knowledge about such stuff is limited.

You said you believe the sp shouldb over 5 by then bu isn't an sp not related to cashflow ,earnings p/s etc.

If I'm correct according to earlier postings from Jurek and maybe others on the earnings side we haven't to expect much or am I wrong.So on what facts you claim the possibillity we can reach 5 +?.
