If I remember correctly, with Pod1 Connacher purchased a lot of their equipment and contractual services ahead of time to mitigate construction cost increases. There used to be a slide about the % that was bought forward and the % that hadn’t been pre-purchased. This was part of their modular approach. It seems they haven’t included this in their newest investor presentation, but I' would expect them to have done this again this time around with Algar.
