They don't plan on paying down the principal, nor should they, with that cash flow, they will refinance to expand towards 50,000 bbl/d target. The debentures will be converted into equity by the holders of that debt instrument. Refinancing will be a viable option with the cash coming in, and most likely at a lower rate.
