Lets be CLL Mgmt for a minute

With oil above $80 and Algar coming along fine, what do we do? We have a hedge at$78.00 for all of 2010. Speculation is that NG will remain low which will keep production costs down once it starts steaming. Do we hedge another 2500 bbl/d?

I'd say we hedge, not a costless collar. I don't know hedge prices right now but a hedge at mid to high 80's is probably available until end of Sept 2010. This would secure cash until Algar comes on line.
