Hi Lynn,

The answer to your question is simple...and any answer that anyone gives you besides this one is WRONG (not my opinion, but FACT!).

The share price is never wrong, never lies, and is never misrepresented. The share price is ALWAYS determined by supply and demand. Forget about manipulation and speculation, S/P is a reflection of what someone is willing to pay to a given security, and, what they are willing to sell it for.

This is economics 101...
