They designed GD and Algar to meet the production that they hope to make. They have never achieved an average of 6500 bbl/d over a quarter yet with GD, yet they still pound the drum that NEXT QUARTER we will be at or near design capacity, (of course we have now seen that tomorrow never comes).

They can say what they want about being at full production at Algar, it will probably produce about 5000 bbl/d within a few months after steaming and then they will baby it along upwards to about 8500 mid 2011. Like I said they can say what they want but prove will be in the pudding, or should I say production.
