Your not the first to infer my seeming desire for a spike in Oil price I know only to well the effect that will have,no I became aware of the PEAK Oil theory and so am prepared for such an event,I retired from the Navy in 89 partly because I was going to be posted to a ship that was to be stationed to the Mediteranian,as luck would have it I was heavey into Oil and Energy funds (Mutual Funds),so with those Middle East events was something I was cognicent of,the dot com era was another event I was aware of and what got me into Stocks,from there to Oil and Ng Trusts and now startup s with emphasis on Oil and Ng along with Alternatives,I usually focus on one in this case Connacher ,if I've learned anything its diversification,according to my portfolio on the Globeinvestor site my average since 92 is 22%.

No I dont wish for an escallating Oil Price ,it just seems logical to me,and I act(invest) accordingly..
