If you are relying on the 6 month thing, then you are grabbing at straws.

CLL has not consistently met its production goals. Until DG actually states something positive about production and then the statement comes true, the SP will not rise. The rule changes won't measureably help. Reserves are just that, reserves. Until you can get the reserves out of the ground, consistently, profitably and as designed then the SP will float along like a bobber on a wave.
