just as a quick note - i emailed RG on the insider sales - he replied that it was not insiders as they are all under blackout right now.

maybe it was an institutional holders with more than 10% doing a dump.

either way, today's action reflects dismay with that sale/Flow through share..

IMHO - the FLTS announced is an ok move as it is not a bing dilution for the time being.
