My thoughts are that more funding will be required for future pods after Algar. Proving up the reserves -- "undoubtedly increase the reserve base" -- will make that possible.

In other words, spend more now to be able to borrow more later.

Otherwise why bother, since the plans are already on the board for the next handful of pods, just no funding to build them.
