announced today that it will be presenting at the Scotia Capital Canadian High
Yield/Cross-Over Conference in Toronto, Ontario on September 17, 2009 at 1:00
PM EDT and at the RBC Capital Markets Canadian High Yield/Mid-Cap Fixed Income
Symposium in Toronto, Ontario on September 21, 2009 at 8:30 AM EDT. Presenting
at the Scotia Capital Conference will be Mr. Peter Sametz, Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer and Mr. Grant Ukrainetz, Vice President,
Corporate Development. Presenting at the RBC Capital Markets Symposium will be
Mr. Richard Gusella, President and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Richard
Kines, Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

Connacher Oil and Gas Limited is a Calgary-based integrated oil company.
Its primary upstream production is from oil sands operations at its 10,000
barrel per day Great Divide Pod One Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage ("SAGD")
plant in northeastern Alberta. The Corporation is in the process of
constructing and has fully funded a second similar sized SAGD oil sands
project in Great Divide at Algar. It has conventional crude oil and natural
