agree to that and with progress comes Demand and that Demand is showing up in places like India and China,less than 10 years ago China was an exporter of Oil it not is escallating its importation,the Russians have not embraced Capilalisim as they have in Asia,so they too will soon be added to the Demand Equation,as all Nations combat this latest economic fiasco DEMAND will eventually escallate,a weak SUPPLY will see bbl price escallate AIMVHO.
