It is interesting to note that this report comes from the International Energy Agency in Paris

It was only a few years ago that this Agency was criticized for being too optimistic in reporting reserves, that it was in the pocket of the iol companies and developed countries of the world in an effort to allay any fear mongering which migh distress the masses and the bottom lines of producers.
