agree on the enviromental issues,in the case of the Irvings it was the economy Enviromentals were taken care of,theie focus was on LPG its importation and refining while increasing its presentOil refinning capabilities,but this was all put on hold,I do see an increase in productivity by refiners but I am also cognicent on what Hurricane Season has on the capabilities of todays refiners,I still think profitability is still a major factor,given the investment issue in the Tar Sands which requires a significant bbl price,going forward new refineries will be required but just as with the chicken and the egg Oil/bbl price will have to escallte from these present levels??
