I don't agree with your assessment of RG, but I agree with your statements about the institutions. It's pretty obvious what's going on here. The institutions have started to accumulate and have reached 35%. The problem they now face is that the other 286 million shares they want are held by small investors that aren't willing to part with them.So how do you get these shares, by playing the waiting game and frustrating the hell out of people. This is done through keeping share prices low by sending forth an army of people who will bash the company directly or by saying it's an okay company but an investment is dead money because it'll be a long time for Sp to increase. This strategy is effective however it mostly effects people on margin calls. When they feel the frustration level is high enough they'll quickly move SP up and gobble up the shares of those frustrated shareholders and those with advance sell orders. They'll then short it down to clear the stop limits..They want to get as many shares as they can at as low a price as they can,,nothing illegal or immoral, it's how the game is played..
