Thanks for posting the Instituational investors #s as it is a very good sign of things to come . I picked up a position in Cll today as i've been watching this stock for years and liked what I saw . Took a nice tidy profit in another , loaded up with CLL and willing to wait whatever it takes as I think it is close enough to bottom or bottomed out .

Management that can move ahead building is doing the right thing and Institutional investors are showing their approval .

Ready for the big push up .
