Now may I point something out to some on the board. Not all problems can be attributed to either real or perceived management problems.CLL, like every company that's in the start up production phase, especially when new technologies are being used, run into unforeseeable events. Regarding cutting back on production, the intent was sound, not to sell at a loss if you have concerns regarding storage. If you go back and read the original announcement it was clear that they didn't foresee this causing any problems. Well being new technology and never attempting this before their experts made an expert theoretical guess and obviously they were wrong. NOW there's a thing called a learning curve,I'll give them a pass on it this time but if they do it again then that's an entirely different story. THEN AGAIN we don't know the full story ( AND WE DON'T HAVE TO), if in the future this oil price collapse happens again, it's cheaper to incur the recent losses incurred by repeating the shut down than it is to either build or arrange for storage, then whatever is cheaper is the most responsible thing to do.
