So true,,,costs are expected to be lower than previously budgeted for thanks to the recession ( which of course will more than offset any lost production or interest costs). I'd also argue that it will be completed much sooner than DG is saying, thanks in part to DG's historical habit of extended forecasts. Smart move cause this then allows CLL to claim they're ahead of schedule..This is a classic Martin tactic when he was finance minister, low ball the budget surpluses so he looked like a genius when the numbers come in.

What many are also forgetting is the application to increase the capacity of Pod 1 and Algar to 44k barrels from 20k, so in theory when Agar finally gets going, it'll be set up for 22k and POD 1 will already be there. So possibly in 16 months from now we could be pushing 35k a day. If oil keeps trending up as it has, there's no reason not to believe that CLL will again be trading around $4.

RBC analyst has forcasted CLL Q2 earnings to be at PLUS .04 a share...Now of course it's a guess, but it'll be interesting to see if' he's close.
