Fair enough!! we've had this discussion before and it's obvious that you think companies should release more information than apparently they're legally required to do . What you see as issues of trust, I see as releasing information only when required in order to avoid unnecessary concern. Considering the unrelenting panic being propagated by governments and their media lackeys, it's wise for companies to keep their hands close to their chests. All companies behave the same, I don't see CLL doing anything differently than anyone else.

Regarding insiders being exempt from dilution. SO WHAT ! Insiders receive shares as part of their overall compensation..To not exempt them would have amounted to a pay cut..When your employer gives you a cost of living salary increase he's protecting your overall earnings from inflation is he not? I have no problems with the way CLL has handled the recent crisis so therefore they're compensation packages should be left alone.
