I posted the number of shares rescinded last week from Canadianinsider.com on this board and nobody said anything about it. I think that management felt that it was the honourable thing to do. Mr. Gusella reads the Agoracom hub and he most likely got all of his manager's to agree to rescind their options so that management would not profit at the shareholders expense. I would expect that he also got a plethora of e=mails from angry shareholders which also helped management to make this decision. I am choosing to give them credit for this action as I personally see no reason not to. I don't expect that they would have made a press release to announce this action. This is just an assumption on my part unless someone on this board has written to Mr. Gusella and has difinitive proof to support this one way or another.
