It's not management, they made it very clear in the last presentation that Algar was immediately being restarted and the rest of the cash is a cushion...No right now money makers are up to something..Scotia just raised CLL to Sector perform from sector Under perform. NOW THIS IS GOOD RIGHT? Yet the exact same day Scotia lowers the target to .69----DOES THIS MAKE FREAKING SENSE TO YOU?

I still think they're gonna try and test .61 again ,,,this kind of confirms it...
