So, that is why RG "let the cat out of the bag" about future share sales at the $1.50 level and let the share price fall before releasing the share offering. He couldn't say it would be at $.90 until the share price fell! Can't be less than 20% of average 5 day trading price. I definitely will remember that rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!
