they basically sold the Saudis a 1.1 billion in product at the bank of Canada prime rate. CDN products get sold thus keeping people working, no money lost..Like selling cars at 0 percent financing. Yes it would be nice if CLL could get those rates, but it would have to come from the Government..That won't happen as the environazis will scream bloody murder if ANY Gov puts money into the Tar sands.
