You aren't a little honked off, are you? Feel your pain. Believe me!

Management owes us an explanation as to what has gone wrong, steps being taken to correct the situations and the essentials at least, of the recovery plan.

Come on Dick! Not everything can be a secret, and the shareholders deserve some honest answers for a change. Can the BS and try just a bit of plain, honest shareholder communication. You just might find understanding and not negativism. After all, it is our company too!
