It's pretty obvious that you're intentionally trying to provoke me.You may pretend that you've got either experience with or knowledge of the inner workings of corporate decision making and boardroom dealings, when in reality you may be just sitting in front of your home PC in the buff.

It's also pretty obvious that your sole purpose in life ( at least as far as this board is concerned) is to find fault with CLL and it's management, either real or perceived..What never ceases to amaze me is to what degree people who purport to own something go to destroying it.. JEEZ if I felt the way you feel about CLL about anything, I'd be avoiding it like the plague.

My question to you is,, If you do own shares WHY? if you don't,,is it really worth all the time and effort you spend bashing it?
