as usual very well put,of course for those who se only the glass half empty,this will fall on deaf ears,but to give bennefit of the doubt there were a lot of numbers to digest in the NR,as I stated below the $200mil needed was a statement of fact ,the offering and cash on hand fullfilled the need and the further Bank loans I beleive is to assure working capitol ???
