Hello

Can someone walk me through the process of this share issue? My understanding is that the shares have already been fully subscribed. i.e. the banks have already sold them.

Does anything special happen on June 5th other than the whole deal being finalized? It seems some are nervous of a sizable drop in share price once June 5th hits, why, hasn't the market already taken into account this dilution?
