I realize that the offering being made at this low price, comes at a shock to many, but it was not unexpected because they had run out of options.----Had they put out this offering for say, $1.40, who was going to take them up on it?----They needed x amount of dollars and therefore knew that they had to move a certain amount of shares, thus the present price offering.----With oil showing the corrections of late, and the future holding a further move up, the time to move the Algar project is now, so that they can take advantage of the rising price, in about 18 months.---The financial cushion that they enjoyed after the loans, was slowly becoming depleted by the interest, and with literally no chance to survive in the medium term without further income, the end result would have been bankruptcy.----Any further borrowing would have just raised the amount of interest being paid out, and we as a company were closing in on the time when the principal would become an issue, thus a double whammy. Like I said, they didn't, IMO, have any options left, but to do what they ended up doing!----CHEERS!!!
