Bobert in principal I believe at this point I agree with you. I like to hear input from all concerned who are more knowledgeable than I, before making a decision. Nevertheless, management can award themselves ... within reason ... as many shares as they want anyway, based on performance.
However I'm not sure about the understanding of the foundation. My understanding, which very well may be wrong, is there are two major points:
1. Revenue needs to be increased to pay down principal coming due in 2012.
2. Opportunities for new capital are just becoming available, and this may be a fleeting window of opportunity.
Sorry I've been interrupted and have to go, this is very complicated. Another thing is, oil prices are behaving nicely, let's get Algar up and running to take advantage of this. Our situation is not for the faint of heart.
