My guess: He will try to put on a "show" but will not back it up with anything substantive. Hope I am wrong but don't think I am. Oil could go ballistic. Remember, who is the worlds largest producer. Hint. It is not Saudi Arabia. Try another. RUSSIA! Who has also been running interference for Iran? Russia!
