All valid questions! As of present, I too am reflecting on the questions you pose as well as others. Obviously,each ondividual has to answer their own questions, formulate an opinion and a strategy for implementation of conclusions arrived at.

As for the direct questions you proffer, each individual has to define relative importance of each questions importance and define a mechanism for arriving at the answers. Then one need make a decision. I can discuss what I see to be the questions and even present my thoughts. But, at the end of the day, the decision is yours.
