Look at today's price and think back a month ago.

Now remember that an offering price can be based on the previous 20-day average.

So maybe in the time leading up to the initial offering, the price was artificially moved upwards to around the $1.50 level for a short time, simply to boost the moving average and thus an offering price.

Just a thought.
