Bobert: The only people benefiting wold be the investment bankers whom do the financing. They can then short the stock prior to announcement of dilution and cover their short at the bottom as they go long through the dilution shares. Plus any mark up they get selling to their clientele, plus underwriting fees. I believe it is called "r*pe, pillage and plunder"!
