One factor that has not come up in this discussion is the fact that in 2 - 3 years Mexico will cease exports to the USA, as the Cantarrel (Sp?) oil play continues its decline of the past years.

Other sources will probably have to be found, or present sources tapped more heavily to make up the shortfall.
