I go along with Digger,so far Canada's needs have not exceeded the 20% cap and should the USA decide it can do better elswhere,something I dont forsee happening,then there are buyers out there lineing up ie China ,India and the Europeans,methinks this latest tree hugging is ":mach ado about nothing"
