With Obama and his recent pronouncements regarding oil and specifically, petroleum from the oil sands, I could make a good case that in fact existing agreements have potentially already been been breached and are therefore unenforceable. If Obama did deny access to Canadian Oil Sands production, I would declare "Force Majeure" and proceed as I saw fit. Two can play the "hardball" game.
