It would delight me to be able to agree with you however, of the total of 800 billion dollars in the US bailout package, only 5% is scheduled for infrasructure development. And even that amount will be spread out over four years and back end loaded. So even that wont happen unil the the last eighteen months (2011-2012). You don't suppose that such a strategy has anything to do with the election of 2012 do you? Nah! That just has to be my overly cynical view! Right?
