Resolute Fund Holdings

Resolute Funds Limited filed an alternative monthly report on SEDAR on January 12, 2009 which stated that as of December 2008, the Resolute Performance Fund owned 38,200,000 Common Shares of Connacher which constitutes 18.09% of Connacher's total common shares.

In Connacher's Notice of Annual Meeting Of Shareholders dated March 19th, 2009 this number remains unchanged. So this appears to be the current number of shares owned by the Resolute Performance Fund as any additional purchases by Resolute would be filed on SEDAR and there have been no additional filings for March or April 2009.

One needs to keep in mind that as Connacher's share price increases rapidly as it has done over the last month that many other investment funds which own Connacher shares would have to rebalance their share holdings in their portfolios by selling shares to maintain whatever percentage of shares that their fund has decided to assign to their energy share weighting or Connacher shares specifically and this rebalancing will continue as Connacher's share price continues to rise.
