Pod 1 'Bottlenecks'?

Anyone have an idea as to what may have caused the 'bottlenecking' to creep into the equation, requiring ESPs, with production having attained near 10,000 bbl/d last fall without ESPs?

Recently, as steam has peaked we have experienced some bottlenecks resulting in slower than expected production ramp-up post reinstatement•

The installation of four ESP’s in April 2009 should help alleviate this issue
