Look to the newsfrom G 20 top.

They will take actions on banking behavior but also the hedge funds and Moody's ratings.

The hedge funds and Moody's ratings.are the most heavy triggers that caused the collaps.They made the accelleration of the downtrend.

That's maybe good news.Finally some action.
