Very good post Westcaster.

One thing we have to know is that selling CLL non core assets is not that easy. ALL except PDP is taken as collateral by $600 million NOTE holders.

CLL would have to reopen the negotiations and most likely to pay 3 years interest to the NOTE holders (about $250 million).
