Very well said Brian. Who would like to imperil Connacher by swallowing the PDP.

Just playing the devil advocate for PDP shareholders.

Why would they want to be a part of the CLL which has the long term debt of $880 million and facing liquidity problem by generating insufficient free cash flow to cover their expenses. They can point out that CLL is much more risky investment then PDP is.

PDP 2009 free cash flow is estimated to be about $5 million. The same number for CLL is negative $240 million.

Free cash flow is net cash flow minus net capital expenditure.

I hope tomorrow we will know more not only about CLL past (2008) but also about CLL future.
