I know it takes some practice, but I think members can make their points without mentioning other members' names and putting other members down.

Yes it's not neccesairy to put someones name if it's not the same opinion someone has in mind but it's also good to concider some statements.

I also think CLL will survive current crisis but it will take much longer to see us in the green numbers again then we first thought .
