further to rebels1 remarks,I have been unable to find one price for bitumen,seems there are all manner of prices,its almost a product in itself and prices for it differ with usage ie paving,asphalt shingles etc Connacher does have its own refinery so I am left with the price is what Connacher declares in its report...
