I think cheap oil is one of the means to lead the US out of of this recession ,and if oil should start back up to soon then it will delay the end of recession .

Yes could be .Also oil related goods are cheaper now .I also don't think a quick rebound in oil will occur.But it would be nice if we have a price around 60 $ for a long time so that there is a balance between recovering on economics but also a help for oil producing companies and countries which need a price around that level.

But indeed if oil would surge to quick then recession will last for a long time.It's not an easy sollution .

For us here in CLL we would be pleased if oil could reached 60 by end of this year.

The world indexes have troubles now to hold the earlier support reached last November.Many will stay away from bourses after this collapse.That also not so good for companies to found money on the stock markets.
