Minnow, very nice summary of PDP situation.

AdMark, I will side with you on the PDP influence on CLL SP.

Long time ago (feels like ancient history) CLL own 1/3 of the PDP. On that time we were evaluated on the NAVPS model and PDP was adding about $1.5 to CLL evaluation.

Now we are a Junior Producer and we are in the net cash flow per share (etc...) evaluation model. Since PDP does not contribute to CLL cash flow (except $100k management fee ....as per Bobert), IMO PDP has no effect on the CLL SP. Anyway this is only 7 cents per CLL share.

I thing the CLL SP as of now is a reflection of our ability to pay the bills (interest expenses) in 2010.
