"With reserves triple, is connacher in Agoracom's mind a Takeover target now?" You would have to ask Agoracom.
Personally I think the Connacher integration model would make it a little less attractive. My gut feeling is things will be okay short term and fine/great long term, I guess we'll have to wait until on/about March 19th to see the latest.
With respect to partnerships on pods, I don't see that as an option because if the price of bitumen isn't viable for Connacher to operate a pod, why would anyone else be interested in losing money either? But I don't think that's going to happen; I think the price will come back in due time ... we certainly need to get people back to work and back on the roads.
I noticed much negative reaction to the latest NR. I also was struck by the exceptionally lengthy disclaimer at the end: "Due to the risks, uncertainties and assumptions ... prospective investors should not place undue reliance on forward looking information." I don't recall them being quite as verbose, but I could be mistaken ... haven't gone back to check others.
