UTS/Total/CLL

It is a little weird that UTS will be pursued as a takeover candidate given that it has no revenues and lots of debt.

CLL in theory should have been a better candidate for a takeover (or other JV/Capital injection) as it has the revenues and the resource reserves.

However, a 50% premium to current level to be applied to CLL simply does not make sense.....
