Rebel, it is obvious that CIBC (listed as broker house #79) is trading their own position or acting on behalf of a institutional investor or retail (private trader as you call it).

Do not have a time to count their volume but it looks like they unload 400k to 500k shares. This would certainly suggest institutional involvement.
