That's actually pretty impressive. I'm going to read and digest some more. Off the top of my head, a couple things stand out:

"Implement an economy-wide cap-and-trade program to reduce greenhouse gas emissions 80 percent by 2050. " These types of programs would seem to benefit Connacher, if they were implemented in Canada.

"Create a New $7,000 Tax Credit for Purchasing Advanced Vehicles. " This one sounds good, but will they really give me a tax credit of $7k off a $20k Prius? I'll believe it when I see it.

"A “Use it or Lose It” Approach to Existing Oil and Gas Leases." I don't know the existing structure. I believe Canada's leases expire and have to be re-applied for, it sounds like the US structure is different.

"Weatherize One Million Homes Annually. " I like it, but there's nothing about tax credits here? How about a new roof, new insulation and new siding for all homes? :-o)
